How it works
- Everyone involved dials into a dedicated conference call number so they can talk together throughout the session.
- At the same time they are linked via the internet into the moderator's screen, where the moderator prompts and guides the conversation with a lively and visual topic guide.
- Issues for discussion, concepts and images are presented as they would be in any focus group situation, and respondents discuss these in conversation as well as being able to interact on-screen.
